No, it isn't. The point of that scene is to make Rick realize that a woman can do a "bad thing" (basically, be a whore, by the standards of the time) and yet not be "bad". Rick won't listen to Ilsa because he's so contemptuous of her, convinced that she's a slut. "Did you go directly to Lazlo after me, or were there [beat] others?"
