This letter contains so much wisdom... most of it still relevant today. We still need to nationalize the railroads. We need to get rid of restrictive zoning laws to legalize the construction of housing.
And it is critical to maintain prosperity by *stopping the pandemic*, which our governments are being far too lackadaisical about (fourth wave driven by Delta Variant incoming!)
